Expenses
There are various factors to consider when connecting with a counselor. One of them being the financial commitment it can take. I would encourage potential clients to consider the resources they have when approaching this potential obstacle. Usually the most effective approach to finances is to check with various insurance options (whether through an employer, a significant other’s employer or parent). There are also EAPs (Employee Assisted Programs) that allow employees a limited amount of sessions. The insurance panels I am currently in-network with are listed below.
Accepted Insurance
Anthem
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Pacific Source
Regence
UnitedHealthCare
Providence
Optum
Private Pay
55-Minute Intake Session $175.00
55-Minute Standard Individual Session $160.00
55-Minute Couple/Family Session $160.00
This option allow indiviudals/couples to engage in therapy without having to have a formal diagnosis.
I also offer out-of-network provider coverage. I am able to provide a receipt (Super Bill) to submit to your insurance company or your medical reimbursement programs. By doing so, your confidentiality is protected and decisions regarding therapy are made by you instead of your insurance company.
